City of Pensacola, Florida REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR BANKING SERVICES RFP NO. 19-026 The City of Pensacola (“City”) is requesting sealed proposals through August 26, 2019, 2:30 P.M. , local time, from qualified public depositories (Chapter 280, Florida Statutes) interested in providing comprehensive banking services to the City. The objective of the City is to secure the most efficient and effective banking services while maintaining sufficient liquidity and protection of all the funds entrusted to the City. Immediately following the deadline for receipt of Proposals, those Proposals received will be opened and publicly acknowledged. Florida 32502 Proposals must be clearly marked “Banking Services” on the exterior in order to be considered. Proposals received after the closing time or lacking the proper marking will be returned unopened. Proposers seeking clarifications may contact the City no later than close of business, 5:00 p.m., August 5, 2019 , via email: purchasing@cityofpensacola.com . Any addendum issued will be posted to the City’s website, www.cityofpensacola.com/bids.aspx . Respondents are responsible for obtaining addenda, and are advised to check the website frequently.
