Distribution is expected to begin before this date as requests are received. Any requests that are submitted after this date/time, it is at the Government's discretion to provide or not provide the requested documents.
***This information shall be furnished on the condition that it will not be released to another nation without specific authority of the Department of the Air Force of the United States, that it will be used for military purposes only, that individual or corporate rights originating in the information, whether patented or not, will be respected, that the recipient will report promptly to the United States any known or suspected compromise, and that the information will be provided substantially the same degree of security afforded it by the Department of Defense of the United States. Also, regardless of any other markings on the document, it will not be downgraded or declassified without written approval of the originating U.S. agency. The DRAFT SRD also has a CLASSIFIED Addendum that is available to appropriately cleared organizations/individuals.
This will be distributed separately from the DRAFT SRD and DRAFT SOO.
Interested Contractors shall submit a request and provide the Contracting Officers an appropriate mailing address that can receive CLASSIFIED data in addition to a POC, company's name, and DUNS/Cage code. The Government will review the requests and may grant permission as deemed appropriate for companies to receive the SRD CLASSIFIED Addendum through mail.

Also, in anticipation of the Government releasing the DRAFT RFP, the Government is allowing contractors to request pre-authorization to release the DRAFT RFP including the DRAFT SOO, DRAFT UNCLASSIFIED SRD, DRAFT CLASSIFIED Addendum to the contractor and the contractor's sub-contractors. Please provide a request with your company's POC, full company name, address of firm, DUNS/Cage code, business size status (NAICS 334511), e-email address that the DRAFT Non-CLASSIFIED documents, physical address that can receive CLASSIFIED documents, and a list of the sub-contractors with full company name, address, and DUNS/Cage code.
