This is a DRAFT solicitation. Questions and comments pertaining to this draft solicitation are due no later than 1400 PST, Thursday 07 May 2020. A full and open competition will result in a single-award, firm fixed price (FFP), Indefinite- Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for build-to-print Global Broadcast Service (GBS) systems. The contract will also include Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) engineering services.
