Conference Rooms A/V Upgrades Maxwell,AFB

The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL is requesting information from industry to assist in finalizing the acquisition strategy for the replacement of the current legacy Audio- Visual (AV) presentation equipment within building 941 Conference Rooms A1 and A16 with updated equipment on Maxwell AFB in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Requirements (SOR) (see Attachment 1). The Government is seeking information from industry to assist in determining what types of products and capabilities are available in the market for this type of requirement outlined in the attached DRAFT SOR.NOTES OF IMPORTANCE:A solicitation does not exist for this requirement. This is only a sources sought synopsis, so please do not submit quotes.
