INTENT: It is the intent to use the ITN process described herein to select a qualified Respondent who is interested in a private public partnership opportunity to provide future development, improvement and/or expansion, financing, and operation of the Existing Sports Facility at the Park and up to 440
+/- acres of available vacant land near the Existing Sports Facility (collectively, “Complex”), on property owned by the District as part of the County park system.  The Selected Respondent shall be obligated to develop its Proposal in   cooperation with the existing facility. The desire of the County is that the

Complex be operational year-round.
