THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.The 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Theater Contracting Center (TCC), Unit 23163, APO, AE 09227-3163, intends to award a sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Unarmed Security Guards Services within the existing Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). This requirement is in support of the Task Forces Peregrine, Area Support Group (ASG) - Balkans. 2023 under NAICS 561612 – Security Guards and Patrol Services to provide Unarmed Security Guards Services. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to compete this contract requirement based upon responses to this sources sought is solely within the discretion of the Government.The contract objective is for the contractor to provide Unarmed Security Guards Services within the existing Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo to include: detection, identification, guarding and reporting against unauthorized personnel and contraband and the overall safeguarding of the camp. The services require a minimum staffing level of twenty (20) unarmed guards with two (2) shift supervisors. Contractor shall provide 24 hours per day, seven days per week coverage. All contractors are required to have available English reading, speaking, and writing employee at all times. The anticipated period of performance is from 15 April 2023 through 30 September 2023. However, services may be extended but not to exceed a twelve (12) month ordering period through 14 March 2024. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform services.If interested and wish to submit your response, it shall not exceed 10 pages. The font type shall be limited to Arial, Courier or Times New Roman, must maintain 12 font size and be single spaced. Unless otherwise specified, one page is one side of a U.S. Letter size (8.5” x 11”) piece of paper. Margins shall be at least 1 inch on the top and bottom and 3/4 inch on the side. The offeror shall number each page in order to eliminate any confusion. Document submission format shall be in electronic MS Word or Adobe PDF for narratives.
