Mobile Equipment Maintenance and Repair

VTA seeks Proposals from qualified firms to provide the following preventive maintenance, parts, labor, and repair services (“Services”) to VTA’s fleet of non-licensed material movement equipment with scheduled preventative maintenance services and on-call repair services as needed. The equipment includes, but is not limited to: forklifts, tugs, man lifts, material movement carts, and manual material movement equipment. The equipment is stationed throughout Santa Clara County and the Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the entire fleet of equipment. All parties are asked to register on the website so they may be automatically notified of any changes to the RFP document. A pre-proposal conference will not be held. VTA has provided sufficient time to review the documents and submit questions due by May 13, 2020, at 4:00 PM PT. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on June 15,
