This is a term contract and shall be for a one year term, with the option to renew for an additional three one year terms as specified in bid document, Throughout the term of the contract, the City will issue separate Work Order(s) for each individual project on an as needed basis. All terms and conditions of the bid are applicable to each individual

Work Order. The individual Work Orders will specify the work to be performed, its location, a not-to-exceed cost (based on the contract unit prices), and a schedule for performance.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The estimated annual expenditure is $500,000. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Bid Bond Required: Bid response shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of an original surety company bid bond, issued by a surety authorized to transact business in Florida, or certified check, drawn upon any State or National Bank in Florida, payable to the City of Boca Raton in an amount not less than $25,000. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Public Construction Bond Required: The successful bidder identified on the Signature of Bidder Form shall be required to provide a Public Construction Bond in the amount of $300,000. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ To Obtain Bid: Bidders must register on the City's online supplier registration system by going to https://www.myboca.us/244/Supplier-Registration and click on "New Supplier Registration". Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 33432. Vendors are urged to be prompt and be familiarized with the bid documents.
