If you were awarded RFP #20-0630-24 for Instructional Supplies, Training Aids & Printed Material, you DO NOT need to respond to this solicitation. You will remain an approved vendor under the terms and conditions of that contract. This proposal is for instructional supplies, teaching aids and printed material with the intent to establish sources to purchase different types of instructional supplies for

district programs, departments and campuses. In order for the District to ensure that it finds the best pricing for these purchases, the District is compiling a pool of vendors that will provide the best value for our needs. Awards will be made on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. All proposals shall be evaluated upon receipt, and according to the criteria described herein and must meet District minimum requirements for award on the RFP. Awards will be made to companies that have received an acceptable evaluation rating by the District. As submissions are accepted or rejected by the District, vendors will be notified. This is a competitive procurement, and as such, the District reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a Vendor prior to an award. Submission of a proposal does not guarantee a Vendor will be awarded. The District is not responsible for any costs incurred by Proposers in responding to this RFP. The District is also not responsible for un-submitted proposals due to incomplete responses through the District’s online proposal/bidding system. The District will not accept fax or email proposals.
