Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens) is seeking competitive sealed replies (Replies) from firms (Vendors) capable of providing a providing an investment performance measurement, risk analytics and investment policy compliance system (Services). The Services must be provided through a

Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, must provide for automated data processing, including support for automated receipt of data from up to four separate electronic feeds from custodian banks, and must provide Citizens with a dedicated client servicing team consisting of knowledgeable, experienced, and responsive individuals. The Services are more fully described in Section 2 of this ITN.
