Required Proof: Offeror shall certify services can be performed.20Mandatory RequirementsAll assigned Subcontractor personnel shall be US citizens.Required Proof: Offeror shall certify personnel are US Citizens. The Subcontractor shall have more than one (1) successful instance partnering with organizations similar in providers/patients' size to NTESS in EHR data archiving efforts.Required Proof: The Offeror shall certify in its response whether it meets this requirement.The Subcontractor shall have knowledge in multiple Medical provided services such as Ambulatory, Occupational Health, Personal Heath, Behavioral Health, Preventative Health, Physical Therapy, Radiology, Laboratory, and Drug Testing.Required Proof: Offeror shall provide capability documentation/statement portraying knowledge in the above areas.
