Its location is bounded approximately east of Corolla Road, north of Boars Head Road and Palmetto Road, west of Wilderness, and south of Grand Lake Estates Drive The project site is in Montgomery County, Key Map 184-V, 184-Y, 184-Z, and 185-S. For construction contracts over $50,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount .
