PREMISES: Block 21, Lot 1, consisting of approximately 2,774,561 square feet. LEASE TERM: Fifty-five (55) years, beginning August 1, 2022, and ending July 31, 2077. LEASE RENTAL RATE: $499,420.98 ($0.18 per square foot x 2,774,561 square feet). AUTHORIZED USES: Construction, operation, and maintenance of an air express package sorting and clearance facility. Operations involving fixed-wing aircraft having a certificated maximum gross take-off weight of at least 25,000 pounds. PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION: New aircraft gates and supporting infrastructure.
