The work shall include but is not limited to, removal and replacement of existing roofing material as shown on the plans and/or as specified herein. Project is to

be completed within One Hundred (100) WORKING days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall pay to the City of El Paso de Robles the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), for each and every calendar day’s delay in finishing the work in excess of the calendar day completion time. A non-mandatory Pre-bid conference has been scheduled for April 4th, 2024 at 11AM at the Paso Robles Public Safety Center, located at 900 Park Street, Paso Robles, CA.
