The U.S. Department of Education (ED), Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) seeks Contractor support to develop the Award Eligibility Determination (AED) system—a modern, flexible, and efficient system to calculate aid eligibility for FSA’s customers (students and parents), as well as assist partners at postsecondary institutions with these calculations.
