This is a sole source requirement to Air New Zealand (ANZ) Limited. CAGE E2098.
The objective of the LC-130H Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Program is to provide continued heavy maintenance support for the LC-130H aircraft stationed at Stratton ANGB, New York and forward operating out of Christchurch, New Zealand.

The resulting contract will establish the requirements to accomplish the LC-130H aircraft Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) / Un-scheduled Depot Level Maintenance (UDLM), LC-130H ski overhaul/UDLM/repair and Contract Field Team (CFT) on ten (10) LC-130H aircraft and approximately sixty (60) ski's.

The primary requirement is for an UDLM capability within 2300 nautical miles of McMurdo Station, Antarctica. This is based on fuel consumption per hour of the LC-130H for flight weather conditions. This will assure a single-ship ferry to-and-from the in-theater location in the event of an UDLM. This is ensures maximum flight crew safety in unique equipment requirements with difficult operational terrain and weather
