The proposed Project is located within the City of Fontana, CA and is bound by Arrow Blvd. to the south, by Nuevo Ave. to the west, and by an Alley to the east. Project will consist of the demolition of existing commercial buildings within the project limits and the construction of a proposed parking structure. The proposed parking structure is envisioned to have a footprint of approximately 150 feet by 300 feet and contain a minimum of 400 parking spaces. The intent of the structure is to serve the planned downtown area including an office building and hotel to be constructed adjacent to the Project at a later date. The total estimated cost for Project is approximately $15 million. Other Details To be prequalified, DB-Entities must include a prime contractor who possesses a valid California General Building Contractor (A) license, an identified Prime Contractor who possess an active Class B (general contracting) contractor’s license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board that is in good standing, a design member who possesses a valid California Architect's license, and a design member who possesses a valid California Registered Civil or Structural Engineer's license.
