SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR Philpott Lake Deck Replacement at Philpott Lake Visitor Assistance Center, Bassett, Virginia.This is a Sources Sought only. This is NOT a Solicitation Announcement, nor is it a Request for Proposal. The Government is not obligated to award any contract based on this request.The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, is conducting research to determine the market capabilities of potential contractors to provide all equipment, labor, supervisions, and materials to remove the existing deck and supporting structure, and replace with a new supporting structure and composite deck with an approved color. All interested firms with 238190 as an approved NAICs code have until 20 February, 10AM, EDT to submit the following information:- Name & Address of your Firm- Point of Contact (Name/Phone/E-mail)- Current SAM Record to included UEI Number and CAGE Code- Firm's capability to perform the work, include project name, location, owner's contact information,

date supplied, and a brief description of the work completed.- Documented experience in the manufacture of similar projects for at least five years. The approximate size of the deck is 1,250 sf with an elevated slope. - Business Size, to include designation as HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman-Owned Business, and Large Business. Any supporting documentation that confirms your socio-economic status should be provided, i.e., letter of certification from VA confirming SDVOSB status.
