904-490100 / Bayou La Batre Bridge Garbage Service Solicitation Number :-SRC0000018495 Summary :-Bayou La Batre Lift Bridge Garbage Service: Weekly pickup of garbage at the following location: JA Wintzell BridgeNorth Winzell Ave (SR 188)Bayou La Batre, 13250 Container specifications: To be furnished and maintained by vendor. 90 - gallon cart with wheels. Should be in good condition and have acceptable appearance. Should meet ADEM containment requirements. Designated Container location: Container will be placed at the southeast corner near guardrail each week to be emptied. Container should be returned to this location after being emptied. Service to include: Remove all waste from each container, leave each container level and in the designated space. Area around container is to be left free of trash and debris after emptying. Scheduled Days of garbage removal Any day and time during normal business hours is adequate for garbage removal but day of week must be specified to the state. Any change of day/date of pickup must be provided to state (7) days prior to change. Contract to serve from October 1 st, 2023 – September 30 th, 2024. Applicable Laws The vendor will comply with all Federal and State of Alabama laws and call municipal ordinances that apply to waste collection and disposal. Title to the trash transfers at the time and point of collection. Pay Items Monthly garbage service – Garbage to be removed from (1) 90-gallon container at the container location once per week.
