Public Art Policy and Program Review Project Description :The City of Abbotsford (“City”) is located in British Columbia, adjacent to the Canada-United States border, Greater Vancouver and the Fraser River. Abbotsford is the largest city by area, and fifth largest by population, in British Columbia. The City has a role in supporting and providing services, programs and amenities that help to provide a robust quality of life for residents. The City’s vision sees Abbotsford as the regional centre of the Fraser Valley and home to centralized services and agencies including health care, courts, transportation, university, airport, provincial and federal government, entertainment & cultural facilities, and commerce. The City is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consulting firms or public art consultants for the provision of public art policy and program review in relation to the delivery of the City’s Culture Strategy– Culture
