Bid Title:RFQ for On-Call Property Acquisition Services Category:Engineering & Public WorksStatus:OpenBid Recipient:Dillon Norton Description: The Town of Huntersville (the Town) is requesting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from Private Firms to provide On-Call Property Acquisition services for potential upcoming projects. Funding will be town funded. The solicitation and selection of these services shall be conducted in accordance with the State guidelines and the Town’s standards and terms. Project selection will be at the sole discretion of the Town on an as needed basis for projects of various size and scope.The Town is committed to providing opportunity for small and disadvantaged businesses to perform on its contracts. The Town welcomes and encourages Small Professional Service Firms (SPSF) and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) to participate in this RFQ. The Firm, sub-consultant and sub-firm shall not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex in the performance of this contract.
