Mechanical Engineering Consulting Services Project Description :The intent of this RFP is to identify mechanical engineering firm(s) that can provide the engineering services necessary for detailed design of reliable and efficient mechanical systems, feasibility studies, system retrofits, energy audits and studies, contract specifications, construction services, estimates, and inspection services within the complex health care environment on an 'as and when needed'
