Supplemental Hardware Kits for the Afghan High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV)

Under the Authority of FAR 6.302-1, entitled, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements", the Government plans to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract, with AM General (CAGE 0H3G6). All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency.Deliveries will be 150 days after contract award and will be for the procurement of Supplemental Hardware Kits for the Afghan High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV).The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. Subcontracting opportunities may exist.
