The Town is issuing this Request for Qualification (RFQ) to solicit proposals from qualified individuals/firms that have demonstrated successful experience in providing Hazard Mitigation planning services to local governments within the State of Maine. The Town does not currently have a local HMP. In addition, Islesboro is located in Waldo County, which does not have an up-to-date multi-jurisdictional HMP.
