CONTRACT INFORMATION: This announcement is a "Full and Open" acquisition to provide Overhead Crane Maintenance Services at Fort Hood, Texas. Firms will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. The North American

Industrial Classification System code is 811310, which has a size standard of $7.5 million. A firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded. The contract is anticipated to be approximately awarded in December 2018. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted.
PROJECT INFORMATION: This contract is for Overhead Crane Maintenance services at Fort Hood, Texas.
The scope of the contract will include, but is not limited to; the Contractor shall provide personnel, management, and any other items and services, not Government furnished, necessary to perform the Overhead Crane Maintenance Services, Fort Hood, Texas. Services required shall include, but is not limited to; Preventive Maintenance Work, Service Call, Repair Work, Load Testing Work, Work Control & Documentation, and Contractor Manpower Reporting.
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is committed to excellence in the service activity for this requirement. The result of this project shall achieve the highest quality of operations in meeting the performance objectives of the required service.
Estimated magnitude of the contract is estimated to be between: $500,000 and $1,000,000 per period (base or option periods). The contract will be base period with possible option periods.
After solicitation issuance, contractors may view and or download this solicitation, specifications and all amendments at the following internet addresses: Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov ). Type in the search box the solicitation number W9126G-18-R-0014. The use of the websites requires prior registration. Plans and specifications will NOT be made available in paper format or on compact disc. It is the Offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOps website and or any other official government website for amendments to the solicitation. You must be registered with the SAM, to receive a Government contract award.
