NAWCAD WOLF SCMS - Deployed Mission Support (DMS)

Amendment 0001 - The subject RFP is amended to incorporate changes based on questions received from industry. Please see the attachments included below. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division supports the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and other commands with in-theater deployed military forces. Current tasking is to provide critical, day-to-day support of the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) equipment, systems, and subsystems that are fielded with those deployed military forces. The scope of work is for the Contractor to provide pre-deployment support; inspection, troubleshooting, and verification; integrated logistics support; configuration management, technical documentation, and training; and procurement support throughout the deployed mission systems life cycle. Unique deployed mission equipment and technologies to be supported include, but are not limited to, the following: Command and control situational awareness computer systems; Real-time position, time, elevation, and heading determination using global positioning; Secure and unencrypted multi-band Very High Frequency (VHF)/Ultra High Frequency(UHF) inter- and intra-team communications; Secure UHF satellite communications; Internal voice communications between all crew and external radio nets; Electronic countermeasure systems to protect against improvised explosive devices; Visual augmentation system to enable operations any time day or night in reduced visibility conditions either because of weather or manmade visual obscurants; Receive, display, record, and relay real-time full motion video and sensor data transmitted by unmanned aerial vehicles; and Antenna, power distribution, and amplifier
