Zoo Management System

Project Description: Milwaukee County invites responses to this RFP from qualified Offerors with significant experience in the design, installation, setup, and ongoing support and maintenance of a best-in-class all-in-one SaaS Zoo Management System software solution interested in supplying their proposed solution to the Milwaukee County Zoo. “All-in-one” means that the following modules or tools are available either in a single software solution or in multiple integrated or interfaced solutions: Ticketing & Admissions, Registrations & Event Management, CRM & Communications, Point-of-Sale, Financial Management (AP/AR), Inventory Management, Reporting & Analytics, Gift Cards & Loyalty Programs, Donations & Membership Management. The County prefers SaaS solutions in line with its overall information technology posture and roadmap. However, we may consider on-premise solutions if those solutions demonstrate greater functionality and/or cost savings. The County intends to award a three (3) year contract with up to three (3) optional one (1) year renewals to the winning Offeror(s) under this solicitation. The County has an estimated budget of $1,938,767.00 in approved ARPA funds for this effort, of which $1,762,515 is dedicated to software, hardware, and implementation
