Cloud Computing and IT Integration (CITI) 2.0

Raft, LLC., Reston VA has been awarded a $4,842,600 time and materials contract FA8730-21-F-0166 Cloud Computing and I.T. Integration 2.0 for deep technical engineering services in platform engineering, secure application delivery, application migration and services development in support of Kessel Run Operations. Work will be performed at Reston, VA and Boston, MA and the base period is expected to be completed by 22 July 2022. The total cumulative face value, including all options, is $36,046,150 (comprised of $11,647,315 for total base period including options, option period 1 valued at $11,951,530 and option period 2 valued at $12,447,304), with an ultimate completion date of 22 July 2024. This award is the result of a best value trade off competition among the small business awardees of the Platform One Software DevSecOps Services Basic Ordering Agreements. Eight offers were received, two were selected for award. Fiscal year 2020 research, development, testing and engineering (RDT&E) funds in the amount of $742,038.06 and fiscal year 2021 RDT&E funds in the amount of $257,961.94 are being obligated at time of award (total obligated funds totaling $1,000,000.00).
