The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) Contracting Center, on behalf of the U.S. Army Fort McCoy, WI., in support of Fort McCoy's Logistics Readiness Center, has a requirement for Full Food Services (FFS). The contractor will be required to provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).This procurement is set-aside for eligible Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310, Food Service Contractors, with a size standard of $38.5M. This requirement is subject to Randolph-Shepherd Act (R-SA) and gives preference to the State Licensing Agencies (SLAs).This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated performance period is 5 year ordering period.A Pre-Proposal Conference / Site Visit will be conducted by the Contracting Officer (KO) at Fort McCoy, WI. This is the only Pre-Proposal Conference / Site
Visit that will be conducted by the Contracting Officer at Fort McCoy, WI on 11 October 2018 at 09:00 A.M. local time. Location will be 1108 South R Street, Fort McCoy, WI 54656. This is the only Site Visit that will be conducted for this acquisition. All interested offerors may attend with a limit of two (2) attendees per offeror. Offerors planning to attend this conference must so notify the Contract Specialist, Juan Juarez and Gary. L. Stevens, Contracting Officer, no later than 4:00 P.M. local time on 9 October 2018, with the Subject Line Reference: W9124J-18-R-0029, Site Visit, Full Food Services at Fort McCoy, WI. When submitting notification to attend, offerors must provide the following information, 1) the individual's full name and driver's license number, 2) Business name, address, legal name, telephone, fax, and email. There will be no cameras or recording devices allowed. Cell phones with cameras are allowed, but no pictures or recordings may be taken. Failure to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference / Site Visit will not disqualify an offeror; however, the offeror acts at their own risk and will not be relieved from complying with the terms and conditions of any resultant contract by reason of such failure. In no event will a failure to inspect the site constitute as grounds for a claim after award of the contract. The date for the Pre-Proposal Conference / Site Visit is a projected date and is subject to change. All other dates are projected dates and are subject to change.Offerors are responsible for checking the website daily for any changes to the solicitation.
