General Conditions FULL GENERAL CONDITIONS ARE ATTACHED TO THE BID AND MUST BE READ AND ACKNOWLEDGED BY EVERY BIDDER *Bid prices MUST be held for 120 days from the date the bids are submitted. Estimate $9,000 bids over 10% of estimate may not be conisidered. All jobs must be completed within 30 days of signing the contract. Lead work must be completed within 5-7 days from relocation date. Invoice packets must be submitted within 15 days of completion. It is the bidders responsibility to bring any subs to the pre bid meeting to review work scope and a subs portion. Failure to inspect the job at the pre bid meeting will not result in a change order. Any bidder wishing to be pre-qualified to bid must ask for pre-qualification no less than 24 hours prior to the bid due date. The winning bidder will follow COVID protocols when on the job site at all times. Job sites will be monitored for compliance. You must upload the executed required forms and copies of all licensing/insurance documents inthe General Attachments. ( Lead License for lead contractor and lead workers, 8 hour EPA Certificate for General Contractor and Sub Contractors, Lead Safe Certified Firm Registration for General Contractor and Subcontractors) You must also state the time in calendar days you will require to complete the project in the General
