The City is seeking three public art projects with the foundational themes of Celebration, Heritage, and Reconciliation. This Request for Qualifications wishes to identify experienced artists to successfully complete these projects. The City’s intent is to create a shortlist of three or four artists for each project and subsequently invite them to submit firm-priced proposals.
