Qualifications (SOQ’s) from consultants for design and engineering services for a new east – west expansion of the Ozaukee Interurban Trail (OIT) along State Highway 60 in the Village of Grafton and Town of Cedarburg. Proposals must be clearly titled “Design and Engineering Services for the Ozaukee Interurban Trail State Highway 60 East – West Corridor Extension in Ozaukee County.” The Department reserves the right to reject any or all SOQ’s submitted as may be in the Department’s best interest and SOQ’s not delivered by the deadline will not be considered.The Department has been awarded a Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) grant for the design and construction of the project, so the final contract will be a three-party contract with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), Ozaukee County and the selected Consultant.
