Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Miscellaneous Food Processing Equipment

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repair on government owned Miscellaneous FoodProcessing (MFP) Equipment as required for the Luke AFB and Hill AFB Commissaries. MFPconsists of meat saws, mixer/grinder systems (single and tandem),rotary roll-in oven (electricand gas single rack), mini-rotary oven with proofer, meat conveyor, meat chopper table, meatmolder/bulker, meat tenderizer table, meat cleaver, meat slicer and roll-in proofers (one and twodoor). The Period of Performance is one year from date of award (base period) with two oneyearoption periods. The solicitation and resulting contract will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP)line items for PM and Time and Materials (T&M) line items for unscheduled repairs. TheRequest for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about October 12, 2022 with a tentative closingdate of November 12, 2022. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges therequirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management(SAM) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation to include listingNAICS Code 811310 in the database prior to award of any contract resulting from thissolicitation.
