Request for Permitting, Planning & Code Enforcement Software

Allegany County is seeking proposals for a Cloud-Based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for Permitting, Planning & Enforcement Software. By acquiring a cloud-based software, the County aims to facilitate a more responsive, transparent, efficient permitting process, enhancing the satisfaction of our community members and promoting sustainable development in our region. The software must be user-friendly, enabling residents and businesses to easily apply for, track, and manage their applications online, thus reducing the reliance on paper-based systems and in-person visits. The software must also manage Code Enforcement cases and complaints. Allegany County is seeking a software vendor that can implement a new system. From contract inititiation to the anticipated "go-live" date the system should be fully completed by April 1, 2024.While Request for Proposals were due by December 15th, Addendum #3 provides further information regarding award
