The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Noncommunicable Diseases, Injury and Environmental Health (ONDIEH), National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP), Division of Cancer Prevention and Control, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, London, United Kingdom, to evaluate, analyze and publish data from up to 45 National Program of Cancer Registries funded cancer registries participating in the CONCORD-3.Population-based cancer survival is a key measure of the overall effectiveness of healthcare and healthcare delivery. Disparities in survival are thought to be attributed to differences in access to and utilization of screening, diagnostic and treatment services.
