The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Statements of Qualifications from interested lending institutions for purposes of determining their qualifications and eligibility for inclusion in a select pool of CSU pre-qualified and pre-approved financial service providers which shall be afforded the opportunity on a going forward basis to respond to individual campus requests for financing rate quotes and compete with other lenders participating in the pool to provide tax-exempt lease-financings under the terms of the MEA at the most favorable interest costs for the CSU¿s twenty-three (23) campuses.
