Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to procure varying quantities of AN/AAQ-24 Department of Navy (DoN) Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures (LAIRCM) hardware, engineering (hardware/software), program management, configuration management, test and other engineering support as required.
