Safety Building Elevator Modernization (Open Market)

Description:
This project will modernize the three existing overhead traction type elevators including the cabs, hoistway equipment, installing latest code required safety features, machine room equipment, hoist machine and controls, and necessary HVAC and electrical upgrades to support the new elevators at the Safety Building. The exact scope of work is as described in detail in the specifications.
