The County of Volusia (County) is soliciting competitive proposals from responsible and qualified parties for the operation of non-exclusive On-Airport Rental Car Concessions and Service Facilities in accordance with this scope of work. Successful proposers will operate from the Rental Car Area in the Terminal Building at Daytona Beach International Airport (Airport).This document contains information necessary for the interested party to submit a proposal for an On-Airport Rental Car Concession and Service Facility.
