NOTE:  SOLICITATION TO BE ISSUED  UNDER                                                                                                                             FAR SUBPART 13.5 UTILIZING SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES.DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to issue a solicitation under FAR Subpart 13.5 and will be utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.  The Government will award a 13.5 Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract (SIDC) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.  The contract period will be for a  5-year contract, consisting of a three-year base period and two 1-year option periods;  or until the aggregate of the orders placed against the contract reaches the maximum dollar amount.  Firm-fixed pricing will be applicable. The NSNs will be evaluated on an “All or None” basis per NSN, being awarded to the “best value” offeror for that line.  The Government
