PARKING ACCESS REVENUE CONTROL SYSTEM REPLACEMENT

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a contract through competitive sealed proposals for the provision of a scalable integrated Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) that uses leading edge technology. The PARCS will include License Plate Recognition (LPR), hardware and back-office software within a gate controlled environment at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport (YVRA) located in Hayden, Colorado.
