An important component of the USPTO agenda is leveraging information technology to improve and enhance USPTO’s consideration of applications and granting U.S. patents and registering trademarks, enable the USPTO to maintain current business production, and meet legislative and legal requirements.Stage 0 RFI (RFI-23-EUSO) enabled USPTO to determine if there were capable small business vendors and to gauge the level of interest in USPTO’s requirement. Vendors that submitted responses to Stage 0 must respond to Stage 1 to be further considered. Vendors that did not respond to Stage 0 are eligible to submit a response to Stage 1.
