The U.S. Property & Fiscal Office for Minnesota Little Falls, MN intends to sole source a contract to Minnesota Wild Hockey Club, LP., 317 Washington St, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55102-16099 to provide a firm fixed price contract for Sports Marketing for the Minnesota Wild Hockey. The duration of this contract will be one (1) Base Year with four (4) one (1) year Option periods for a total of five (5) years if all Option periods are exercised. This requirement meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirements. Minnesota Wild Hockey Club LP. is the onlyauthorized advertiser for the Minnesota Wild.This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals, or quotations. No solicitation documentation exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.Information received as a result of this
notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541810, advertising agencies, and the size standard is $16.5 million. The Minnesota Wild Hockey Club LP is not a small business under the applicable NAICS. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
