New York Army National Guard's (NY ARNG) Recruiting and Retention Battalion (MNRR) hereby publicizes its intent to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase orcer and subsiquesnt modifications on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Poseidon Productions, Inc. The requirement for this acquisition is for MNRR to contract all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to support Rock Wall Maintenance and Training. All work will be completed with guidance from the MNRR Marketing MCOIC. IAW NGR 601-1 Army National Guard Strength Maintenance Program, Chapter 7, and all applicable OPSEC considerations. All work (expected to consist of 2 days) must be completed no later than May 31,2022.Acquisition of Commetcial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Proceedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS is 811490 and the business size
