2023 Foreign Military Sales Informational Session for Industry Virtual Event

All one-on-one sessions have already been filled and the Government is no longer taking questions to be answered during the event.The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Informational Session for Industry, Virtual Event, willprovide a forum for the members of U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command(CECOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD), Army ContractingCommand-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), and APG Office of Small Business Programs (APG-OSBP) to coordinate with industry partners and present upcoming business opportunities for the current and next fiscal year, FY 23/24.******NOTE*********This event is informational only. It is not an invitation to submit bids, requests forproposals or request for quotes. Any such bids, proposals or quotes will not beconsidered.SYNOPSIS: CECOM SAMD, ACC-APG, and APG-OSBP will host the FMS InformationalSession for Industry, Virtual Event, via MS Teams. There will be

two periods, an openforum to all participants followed by an optional individual company virtual one-on-onemeetings with Government representatives. Companies desiring a virtual one-on-one session must request it by February 7th, 2023 in order to reserve a time slot.Time slots are limited, so we will select one-on-one participants on a first come firstserved basis. Please note that details, including specific organizational briefingschedules, remain subject to change.The goal is to be transparent with respect to FMS operating procedures andprocurement opportunities. We also want to solicit questions and comments fromindustry pertaining to FMS business opportunities. The FMS Informational Session forIndustry will describe potential future contracting opportunities for the FMS missionareas that focus on CECOM equipment: Command, Control, Computers,Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR).The FMS Informational Session for Industry will identify potential contractingopportunities that are aligned with Foreign Military Sales requirements, focusing onFiscal Years 2023–2024. Informational slides are anticipated to be postedelectronically one week prior to the start of the event. The Government will notrequest or accept formal bids or proposals from industry based on this event.
