GOVERNMENT PROJECT FP23-001 Chippewa County Land Conservation/Forest Management, Probate/Juvenile Intake Office Remodel This project is slated for re-bid. Documents will be posted on 3/25/2024. Project Description: This project consists of general construction including metal stud gypsum board walls, wood doors and hollow metal frames, acoustical ceilings, floor and wall finishes, casework, HVAC, low voltage cabling, lighting and electrical work across 2 separate departments within the Chippewa County Courthouse. Bid Submittal Deadline: 1:00 p.m. (CST), February 29, 2024 Thursday, April 11th, 2024 Location: County Clerk's Office (Room 109), Chippewa County Courthouse, 711 North Bridge Street, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin54729 Sealed Bids for the project designated above will be received in behalf of Chippewa County, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, at the location listed above, on or before the above mentioned time and date, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud

at 1:05 p.m. (CST) in room 302. Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the Contract Documents. Bids shall be securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper “ Bid for Chippewa County LCFM, Probate & Juvenile Intake Office Remodel". A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all bidders will be held on April 1st, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chippewa County Courthouse. Contractors shall meet inside the Courthouse in Room 005 (lower level). No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 Days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. Project completion expected to be no later than September 27th, 2024. Paper copies of the Bidding Documents will be available Monday, March 25th, 2024 at the Facilities and Parks office in the Chippewa County Courthouse, 711 North Bridge Street, Lower Lever, Room #012, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.
