EC015-241429-CRA Saint John NB Fit-up- TWO PHASE SELECTION PROCESS This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The qualification list will expire within 60 days or upon award of a contract in Phase Two, whichever is earlier, and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation. Work under this contract for Canada Revenue Agency includes demolition of existing walls to create a new floor plan within existing workspaces on the 3rd and 5th floor of the Government of Canada building located at 126 Prince William street in Saint John, NB. The Contractor shall perform and complete within 14 weeks of award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: between $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 (HST included) Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
