The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and BorderProtection (CBP) intends to solicit proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFP) 70B06C24R00000002 for Office of Training & Development Enterprise Training and Resource Management System (ETMS) and support services. The Government anticipates making a single indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) award resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated contract will be issued with a base period of five (5) years, with a single three-year option period, and another single two-year option period, for a potential total period of performance of ten (10) years. All services are detailed in the Statement of Work, which will be included with the RFP. The RFP will be issued as full & open.
