If you are a member of a Purchasing Cooperative and were awarded a

contract that covers Athletic Uniforms, Equipment and Supplies, you may reach out to Mesquite ISD Purchasing and share your cooperative information and once verified you will be added back to the awarded vendor pool. If you have received an award letter for RFP #2020-023, you do not need to re-submit. If you were awarded on RFP 2020-023 you do not need to respond, your company will be included in the same awarded vendor pool as those responding to this solicitation. Mesquite Independent School District (MISD) is seeking to retain qualified vendors to provide Athletic Uniforms, Equipment and Supplies. These items shall be purchased on an "As Needed" basis, with MISD making the sole determination of need. Multiple provider awards are anticipated to provide MISD with a variety of resources for needed supplies. Contracts shall be in full force and in effect from the date of award through June 30th of each year. Agreements will auto renew July 1st of each year unless re-bid at the discretion of Mesquite ISD with the final renewal expiring on December 31, 2025. The estimated expenditure for this contract is approximately $800,000+ per year. However, this estimate should not be construed to be a guarantee of either minimum or maximum since usage is dependent upon actual needs and funding. Federal funds may be utilized to procure this service and all submittals must conform to the procurement standards identified in CFR Part 200 §§200.317 through 200.327.
