RFP 0081-01 ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW AND PERMITTING (ERP)

On behalf of the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), the California Department of Technology (CDT), Statewide Technology Procurement (STP) seeks proposals from qualified bidder to provide a modern approach to permitting activities to preserve the quality of environmental permitting data and tools to analyze the information. This data will help to inform future permitting activities and aid in the review of environmental needs across the state. Currently, the CDFW requires a modern solution to effectively manage and administer environmental permits and curate geospatial point location data. Data on specific permit types, permit issuance, species trends, and land alterations are all permitted areas which CDFW administers with its current set of environmental permits and are collected across the existing systems with minimal or zero integration among them. In summary, the CDFW requires a new standardized, efficient, and technologically current solution for managing and updating all its environmental permitting data.
